Hi I'm Julie Lomax, Chartered Physiotherapist, Massage Therapist and Pilates Teacher. I provide assessment, treatment and advice for physical injuries & conditions, problems & pain issues. I do this with the aim of helping you get back to - and beyond if wished - your sport, work and normal lifestyle.
Due to the continuing Covid-19 situation, there are a number of precautions and procedures that are in place, see the Covid-19: Precautions, Policies & Procedures page for details.
I run an online Pilates class on Mondays at 1pm and Thursdays at 10am. It's a Physio-led, all abilities welcome class and is designed to strengthen, stretch and condition with plenty of options to tailor the class to suit you. See the Pilates page and get in touch for details.
The Calder Therapies clinic is conveniently located in the centre of Hebden Bridge, close to Todmorden, Mytholmroyd and Halifax. If you can't get to the clinic then I can visit you in your home.
