Calder Therapies - Physiotherapy, Massage & Pilates

How to get in touch

Please contact Calder Therapies using the email address or telephone number above. (N.B. I previously had one of those 'contact forms' on this page, which was a handy way for you to contact me but which generated way too much spam in my inbox! So now it's a simple email or telephone call.)

Calder Therapies is conveniently located within the Town Hall in the centre of Hebden Bridge (see map below).
For your appointment: given the current Covid-19 situation, please come to the sheltered side entrance to the Town Hall on Hangingroyd Lane. I will come and meet you and let you into the building at your appointment time.

The Town Hall is now open on some weekdays so if you arrive early you're welcome to wait in the reception area on the ground floor, where there is seating available. On days when the cafe is open you can if you wish enjoy a tea, coffee or similar while you wait! I simply ask that if you do either of these, please still meet me by the Town Hall side entrance at your appointment time.

The towns of Mytholmroyd, Todmorden, Halifax and Luddendenfoot are nearby, along with numerous hill-top villages. Hebden Bridge is well connected by buses and trains running between all of these locations.

Home Visits

I can visit you in your home if your mobility is restricted or you're unable to get to the clinic for any reason. Please get in touch for details and prices.

"Julie is an absolute star! I went with a frozen shoulder and came out with exercises and further advice by email. I was skeptical about the benefit at first, as it seemed so gentle in comparison with other physio. However, it certainly worked! A second visit on another matter showed that Julie had re-read my notes from the previous visit, made the connection between the two episodes and then sorted everything out. No nonsense, no mindless chatter - could not recommend more highly."
